The BuzzFeed “Jewish Moms Try Each Other’s Brisket” video is live!!
Based on my post about the filming of the video, you might have thought I’d be in hiding, but thanks to good editing, I sound better than expected. Whew! I’m not sure if watching the video makes anyone in the mood for brisket (or for something non-meat related), but I’ll share the recipe as soon as I transcribe my mother-in-law’s verbal instructions to steps and measurements that can be followed.
